Article 1 — Who we are

These terms apply to every offer and agreement of IMPÓSABLE By Foto de Vakman, established at Marktstraat 10 5401 GH, Uden The Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce number 16031236, VAT number NL807549083B01, reachable at support@imposable.nl (hereafter: "IMPÓSABLE").

Article 2 — Applicability

These terms apply to every order placed through this webshop. Before completing your order you are asked to accept them; the text is always available on this page so you can save or print it.

Article 3 — Offer and prices

All prices in the shop are in euros and include 21% VAT. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer, such as a clearly incorrect price, do not bind IMPÓSABLE. Shipping costs, when applicable, are shown separately before you complete your order.

Article 4 — The agreement

The agreement is concluded when you complete your order and we confirm it by email. We may — within legal limits — check whether you can meet your payment obligations before accepting an order.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment takes place during checkout through the payment methods of our payment provider PAY. Your order is processed after the payment has been confirmed by the payment provider. As long as a payment has not been completed, nothing has been charged to your account.

Article 6 — Delivery

We deliver in the Netherlands and Belgium. Indicated delivery times are estimates, usually 2–4 working days after dispatch, and never a strict deadline. The maximum legal delivery period is 30 days; if we cannot meet it you may dissolve the agreement and receive a full refund.

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal

You may dissolve your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. You then have another 14 days to return the product. Return costs are for your account. We refund the full purchase amount, including original shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the return. During the withdrawal period you should handle the product and packaging with care; you are liable for any decrease in value caused by use beyond what is needed to assess the product.

Exception — photo prints (custom-made). Photo prints ordered through our photo service are produced specifically for you, based on the photos you supply and the settings you choose (quantities, paper size, finish and crop). Under Article 6:230p(f) of the Dutch Civil Code (implementing the EU Consumer Rights Directive), the right of withdrawal does not apply to these prints. Before completing your order you are shown an overview of all photos to be printed and asked to give explicit approval; by doing so you also agree that withdrawal and refunds are not possible for these prints. This does not affect your statutory rights in case of a defective delivery (for example damaged, incomplete or incorrect prints) — see Articles 8 and 9.

Article 8 — Warranty and conformity

We guarantee that the product meets the agreement and the reasonable expectations you may have of it (legal conformity). In addition, a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects applies. The warranty does not cover damage from falls, moisture, or normal wear and tear.

Article 9 — Complaints

Complaints about a product or our service can be submitted via the contact page. We respond within 14 days. If we cannot resolve the complaint together, you may submit the dispute to the European ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).

Article 10 — Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it may not legally be limited. For the rest, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Article 11 — Applicable law

Dutch law applies to all agreements under these terms. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence always remain in force.
