Shipping to the Netherlands
We ship every order from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Orders of €75.00 or more ship free. For orders below that amount, shipping costs €4.95.

Shipping to Belgium
Belgian orders follow the same conditions as Dutch ones: free shipping from €75.00 and a delivery time of usually 2–4 working days after dispatch. Payment with Bancontact is supported at checkout.
Delivery times
Orders are processed on working days once the payment has been confirmed. After your parcel has been handed to the carrier, delivery usually takes 2–4 working days. During launch periods and holidays it can occasionally take a little longer — if so, you'll see it in your track & trace.
Track & trace
As soon as your order ships you'll receive an email with a track & trace code, so you can follow your camera door to door. The code is also shown on your personal order page.
Return period
You may return your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, in line with EU distance-selling rules. Let us know via the contact page and you'll receive return instructions and the return address.
Return conditions
- Return the camera complete: camera, USB-C cable, 4GB Micro SD card and quick start guide.
- Use the original packaging where possible and pack the parcel securely.
- The product should be in the condition in which you received it, apart from reasonable inspection.
- Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless we delivered a wrong or defective product.
- We refund the full order amount within 14 days of receiving the return.
Damaged products
Did your camera arrive damaged, or is something missing from the box? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via the contact page, ideally with a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement or refund you — whichever you prefer.
Warranty
All IMPÓSABLE products come with a two-year legal warranty on manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by falls, moisture or normal wear. A warranty claim never affects your legal rights as a consumer.
