Yes. You have 14 days to change your mind from the moment you receive your order. Register your return via the contact page; shipping & returns explains exactly how it works. One exception: made-to-order items such as photo prints cannot be returned, because they are produced specifically for you.

You complete your payment on the secure payment page of our payment provider PAY. The available methods are shown during checkout. Nothing is charged until you complete the payment yourself.

All IMPÓSABLE products come with a two-year legal warranty covering manufacturing defects. If something goes wrong, contact us via the contact page and we will sort it out — repair, replacement or refund.

That depends on the cards your camera uses and on the port on your computer, phone or tablet. Every product page lists exactly which card formats and connectors are supported, so you can check before you order. If you are unsure, ask us and we will help you work it out.

No, the card readers in our range are plug and play. Which operating systems are supported is listed per product in the specifications on the product page.

UHS-II is a faster SD interface with an extra row of contacts on the card. A UHS-II card still works in a UHS-I reader, but falls back to UHS-I speed. To actually reach the higher speed, both the card and the reader have to support UHS-II.

They are two formats of the same standard, with a different physical size and a different number of lanes. Type A is smaller and is used in certain mirrorless cameras; Type B is larger and sits in many professional bodies. They are not interchangeable: a Type B slot will not take a Type A card and vice versa. Each reader lists which of the two it supports.

A transfer is never faster than the slowest link in the chain. That can be the memory card, the reader, the USB port on your computer or the drive you are copying to. The speed listed with a product is the maximum bandwidth of the interface — what you get in practice depends on your whole setup. We would rather you know that than quote a prettier number.

That depends on the model. Some readers only have USB-C, others have several connectors. The compatibility and connections section on the product page lists which devices are supported.

You upload your photos, pick the size and finish per photo, check the crop and check out through the regular cart. The price per print drops the more you order. Everything is explained on the photo printing page.

Yes. The service works with the files you upload, wherever they came from. You do not need an IMPÓSABLE camera to use it.

Photo prints are made specifically for you and are therefore not covered by the right of withdrawal. That is why we ask you to confirm your order explicitly at checkout, after you have checked the crops. If something is wrong with the print itself, contact us and we will put it right.

Because without a screen you shoot differently. There is nothing to check and nothing to approve: you frame through the optical viewfinder, press the shutter and move on. You look at your photos later on your phone or computer via the Micro SD card. A small display shows only your frame count and battery — never the photo itself.
